葛觐铭,男,教授、博士生导师,yh1122银河国际萃英学者,yh1122银河国际大气物理系主任。2005年获yh1122银河国际应用气象学专业学士学位,2010年获yh1122银河国际大气物理学与大气环境专业博士学位,先后在美国华盛顿大学大气科学系学习访问。讲授《大气辐射与遥感》、《数值分析》本科专业课程和《高等大气物理》研究生专业课。主要从事大气气溶胶和云物理特性的遥感反演,与气象场关系分析及其气候辐射效应方面的研究。在《IEEE-TGRS》、《Atmos. Chem. Phys》、《J. Geophys. Res.》、《科学通报》等知名专业期刊上发表研究论文40余篇。荣获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖(排名1/6),高等教育研究生国家级教学成果二等奖(排名6/15),甘肃省科技进步一等奖(排名5/15);是教育部首批黄大年式教师团队和科技部创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队骨干成员,yh1122银河国际青年五四奖章和学科建设先进个人获得者;指导硕士、博士生获得甘肃省优秀研究生学位论文,入选甘肃省领军人才和yh1122银河国际首批萃英学者计划。
